Privacy Policy

Information we use to process your order

When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number, email (if given), delivery address and order details. We use this only to confirm, deliver and support your order, and to keep records required for our business.

Essential cookies

We use cookies that are needed for the shop to work, such as keeping your cart, your login session and security tokens. These cannot be switched off.

Optional advertising cookies

If you choose Accept All, we use the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel and related server-side tools to measure how our ads perform and to show relevant ads. These tools may receive information about the pages you view, items you add to your cart and purchases, along with an identifier from your browser. Contact details such as email and phone number are hashed before they are sent.

If you choose Reject Optional, or do not choose, these tools are not used.

Changing your choice

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page.
